The old town of Cologne, Germany spins in tonal hues of browns and grey, lost and vacant…

Darby’s “Cologne Was Coming Down From The Moon“ is a classic folk tale of poignant story-telling. A labyrinth of shallow faces looking through the window glass — lost and wandering the unknowable.

The track was recorded live at One Flight Up studios earlier this year.

The psychedelic soundscape and earthy vocals are reminiscent of a modernized Joni Mitchell fronted Fleetwood Mac. A cosmic dance into the underworld of indie art.
