Talena Bricker pt. II

Talena Bricker is an indie-folk artist out of the Pacific Northwest.

Many of her songs explore fear and loss.

Here is a very cool jam off her debut EP—some very melancholy indie-folk with a nice mix of electric and acoustic guitar.

Small Voices

“Russian Letter Syndrome” is a chilled out and ethereal indie jam by the young and restless Aussie band, Small Voices.

This is indie glitter pop at its very finest.

The Lovepools

The Lovepools is the musical lovechild of Anthony Shea—an artist out of LA.

“See You In The Funny Papers” is an infectious jam with wailing guitars and Beatlesque harmonies weaving in and out of a groovy beat.

Lovely stuff.

Mike Stocksdale

“Waiting for a Girl Like You” is an ode to the mind fuck that is every long-distance relationship.

The song was made with California native Mike Stocksdale on guitar, kick drum, foot tambourine, and vocals.

It’s some raw, progressive and unapologetic shit.

The fusion of raspy guitars, smooth vocals, and an infectious folk melody is a thing of beauty.

“there’s you and then a version of you in my mind and it’s hard for me to tell them apart”
